Sue made us a lovely Spanish omelette for breakfast, then we just lay about for a while before heading to the garage for bike assembly.
I added a second stem to mine which means I can now have a water bottle in the middle of my handlebars, instead of having to reach down to get it while I am cycling.
We headed out a bit later, by bicycle of course and had a delightful late lunch at Torchy's Tacos, followed by dessert at Amy's Ice Cream Parlour.
First stop was the local bike shop to get Don's front wheel trued. Staff were exeptionally friendly.
This is the park area beside the ice cream shop where the milk for the ice cream comes from.
Leo seemed to take a shine to the cows, which looked to be made of some sort of marble.
We then returned to our hosts house and reminisced about previous cycling adventures while watching Leo's superb slide shows.
Off to Buda tomorrow to meet the rest of the gang. I suspect that an endlessly entertaining evening awaits.
